Lemington Riverside win a national award!

We are delighted to announce that Lemington Riverside Primary School have been awarded 'Best Read Aloud School' at the Children's Literature Festivals. 

This is a national award and we are very proud of the children who were involved in the project. 

The children have worked alongside children's author Christina Gabbitas to read and review some of the top new children's books this year. The children then 'read aloud' excerpts from their favourite story and shared with the authors.

We are incredibly proud of our children for their achievement! Thank you to our English leader Ms Turner and Christina Gabbitas for working with us on this brilliant project!
